About Restaurant Jaspers

Jasper opened his restaurant 14 years ago and has been inspired by his numerous trips to Japan, which is evident in his menu with dishes that showcase a strong Japanese influence. When he discovered De Japanner, he was impressed, making a collaboration a natural choice.

Restaurant Jasper’s is a renowned fine dining spot in De Pijp, so it’s a great honor for De Japanner to team up on this exciting project! We're thrilled to present the first-ever Jasper’s x De Japanner Pop-Up dinners.

Expect a 6-course menu featuring alternating dishes from Jaspers and De Japanner, carefully balanced to showcase the best of both. Including two pairing options: one with alcohol (wine/sake pairing) and one without alcohol, offering the same high value with premium non-alcoholic products.
